Hello, I’m Jan.

I’m a Creative Director with 15 years of experience shaping brands, campaigns, and activations across B2B and B2C.

I’ve worked with top global agencies, including Wieden+Kennedy, Landor, McCann, Anomaly, and Design Bridge on projects for global brands such as Coca-Cola, Adidas and Google.

Most recently, I led a multi-year global brand refresh at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), serving as Director in the Brand & Creative Strategy unit. This work spanned from defining the brand’s creative strategy the delivery of campaigns and marketing activations.

I help brands move from complexity to clarity, defining and translating brand vision into strategic systems that support business objectives, scaling across design, motion, sound, and experience.

As BCG’s Global Head of Design, Jan was my direct report and it has been my pleasure to work very closely with him for the past two years. With almost 30.000 employees and offices in more than 90 cities, making sure that our global brand feels relevant, trustwor thy, and consistently implemented is definitely a challenge and the one Jan accepted when he joined the Global Brand & Design team at BCG.

In his role, Jan has influenced BCG’s global brand identity and shaped the global Visual Identity team to deliver on BCG’s key communication, campaigns, media partnerships, and events.

His strong conceptual approach, and focus on innovation, as well as the scalability and sustainability of the design solutions he brought to the table have proven its impact on the Global BCG brand and its business value. Jan’s qualities and capabilities are strong assets for any team and business.
